Website purpose and scope
This website provides information about Wyndham Park Homeowners Association (WPHOA). These terms govern website use only. They do not amend governing documents, create or remove property rights, determine legal HOA membership, or change obligations imposed by applicable law or valid association documents. A website visit does not itself establish a separate service contract with DonOra Global LLC.
Information and dated notices
Information may change or contain errors. Confirm matters requiring action with the HOA. The $160 amount applies to the supplied 2026 dues notice only and does not establish a later-year amount. Historical notices and current leadership information may reflect different dates. This website provides no legal, tax, financial, real-estate, or emergency advice.
Registration and payment
When available, resident signup records contact information and preferences. It does not confirm payment, financial standing, or formal membership. Update requests require administrator review. Supply accurate information and only information you are authorized to provide about another person. Payments occur outside this website. Use your bank’s Zelle interface and independently verify the recipient before sending money. This website and DonOra Global LLC do not process payments, receive bank credentials, or verify Zelle transactions.
Acceptable use and account security
Do not attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, submit malicious content, interfere with service, harvest private information, or use the website unlawfully. Administrator accounts are invitation-only and personal to authorized users. Keep credentials confidential and report suspected misuse to the HOA. Access may be restricted to address misuse or security concerns without altering rights under governing documents or law.
Content and external services
Website text, photographs, branding, and software belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may view and print public HOA information for personal, noncommercial use, subject to applicable law. Do not imply endorsement or redistribute protected material without permission. Your submission grants only the permission needed to process it for the purposes in the Privacy Policy. Links to Facebook, banking services, or other websites do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement; their terms and privacy policies apply.
Developer role
DonOra Global LLC provides website development and any separately authorized technical support. It is not the HOA’s board, property manager, financial institution, or guarantor of HOA decisions, records, payments, or third-party services. Questions about association matters should be directed to WPHOA. Nothing here changes a separate written agreement with DonOra Global LLC.
Availability and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, WPHOA and DonOra Global LLC disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or inability to use it. These provisions do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited. They do not excuse compliance with applicable privacy or security law.
Georgia law, updates, and contact
To the extent applicable and legally enforceable, Georgia law governs these website terms, subject to controlling federal law and nonwaivable rights. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or change to HOA governing documents is created here. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Changes will be posted with a revised date and will not retroactively remove accrued rights. Contact the HOA about these terms or website concerns.
